About the farm

On a quarter-acre plot in Troy, MO, a diverse market garden produces an array of vegetables—tomatoes, cucumbers, leafy greens, summer and winter squashes, root crops, a variety of herbs, and more—grown to replace the supermarket aisle with fresher, higher-quality options. The farm prioritizes soil and ecosystem regeneration through deliberate crop rotations, cover cropping, generous compost applications, interplanting to increase biodiversity, a no‑till approach to protect soil structure, and an elimination of herbicides and pesticides both in the greenhouse and the field. Every planting decision supports long‑term fertility, resulting in robust crops and a curated selection of produce that emphasizes flavor, nutrition, and environmental stewardship.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Sign up for weekly deliveries of farm-fresh vegetables for the CSA season, which runs from May through November. Deliveries arrive weekly or every other week and are billed automatically to your credit card per delivery. You can cancel at any time. A two-week notice is appreciated to help with planning, but not required. If there’s a vegetable you don’t want, tell me and I’ll replace it with something else from that week’s harvest. You’ll receive a weekly newsletter the week before each delivery that lists what will be in the upcoming box, so you can plan or request substitutions in advance. There will be weekly automatic billing via the credit card on file. If you’re going out of town and need to pause your deliveries, just let me know! Deliveries continue through the full CSA season unless you cancel. You can expect consistent access to fresh, seasonal produce and predictable weekly deliveries to make meal planning easier.
